Spartan Race iTaB Returns Policy
Your Race experience is our key concern here at iTaB and as such we want to ensure you are pleased with your iTaB purchase. We understand that for various reasons iTaBs will occasionally need to be replaced and we will be happy to replace them when we are deemed to be at fault.
In the majority of instances your iTaB will be engraved using information we have received from you directly. If the details on your iTaB are incorrect due to an error by iTaB then we will replace it immediately. If we deem that your iTaB has been wrongly engraved due to incorrect data input on your behalf, we reserve the right to refuse a replacement. Please be fair with us and we will reciprocate.
iTaB Refund Policy
Refunds will only be offered in exceptional circumstances and will be processed by us within 5 working days of our agreement to refund. Refunds can only be made to the original card of purchase. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Refunds should be requested within 28 days of the date of shipment; refunds not requested within this reasonable time frame will be refused. After 28 days all sales are considered final unless a fault occurs with the product. If you do wish to request a refund, simply email email@example.com quoting REFUND in the subject line of the email. Please detail the following information in the email and we will respond accordingly:
Name under which the order was placed
Address to which the order was delivered
Reason for requesting a refund
Tell us if you'd prefer a refund or a replacement
iTaB will only refund the price of the iTaB.
