How does the Spartan Race iTaB process work?
The Spartan Race iTaB process works in one of two ways:
(1) Spartan Race iTaB ordered when you registered for the race:
We will be advised by Spartan Race of your order and within 72 hours of the event you will receive an email from us with directions on how to claim your Spartan Race iTaB.
Alternatively, within 72 hours of the event a credit will have been added to the your Spartan Race iTaB account which will allow you to visit the site and claim your iTaB needing only the email address that you registered for your Spartan Race with to claim your pre-paid iTaB.
(2) Spartan Race iTaB ordered directly from our website:
When ordering you will have selected your iTaB style, advised us of your engraving requirements, provided a shipping address and completed your order after checkout.
Within 48 hours of your order we will engrave and ship your iTaB to the shipping address supplied.
Delivery will take between 7-10 working days.
How do I know if I my credit(s) have been applied to my account:
You will be notified that your Spartan Race iTaB credit has been added by email, this email will also provide a link to our site where you can complete your order.
You can also check for your credit, which is normally added within 72 hours of the race being completed, at any time by visiting our website and inserting your email address where requested (can we provide the CTA here ?) and your credit will be indicated with the symbol shown below (can we add the credit symbol here please?)
I have not received my post-race email?
Occasionally these emails end up in your email junk folders, please check here first.
If you are still unable to find the email, please contact us on email@example.com and remember to include your event details (date, location) and the email address you used when you registered for your Spartan Race in this email.
Alternatively you can simply just enter your email address into the 'Claim Your Pre-Paid iTaB' box on our homepage and because we will have already credited your account you will be able to complete your order.
Do I need to send you my Spartan Race finisher medal:
There is no need to send your hard-earned medal to us as we do not engrave directly onto your medal.
We provide a choice of iTaB’s available for the Spartan Race finisher medal, a self-adhesive version which you affix inside the recess on the reverse of the round finisher medal and a dog-tag iTaB which is attached to any of the Spartan Race finisher medals using the chain provided.
Examples of the different iTaB's are available to view during the order process.
Can I order multiple iTaB’s?:
Of course you can no problem.
Before you checkout just click the Continue Shopping button which will allow you to start another order, this can be done as many times as you want. Please note that payment will be required when the number of Spartan Race iTaB’s orders exceeds the number of pre-purchased iTaB’s you have ordered.
My order details are incorrect:
If you notice an error in either your engraving request or personal information (e.g. shipping address), please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, remembering to include your order number, and we will make the necessary amendment(s) for you.
My iTaB has been engraved incorrectly:
No problem, we all make mistakes.
Please email us at email@example.com, remembering to include your order number, and in most cases we will send you a free of charge replacement.
Do I have to set up an account?:
Yes, this is required to allow us to process and dispatch your order correctly. Please note that we do not retain any of your financial details and your account only stores your contact details.
Where is my Account Password notification email?
If you have requested a new Account Password and have not yet received the email notification please check your email junk folder before doing anything else.
Account Password notification emails are generally created immediately however the email can take anything up to 24 hours to arrive in your Inbox.
If you have been waiting for 24 hours and it is not in your Junk Folder then simply request a new one.
You can do this as many times as you need to but if it fails to arrive after a few attempts it may be that it is being blocked by your system...in this instance then just let us know and we will rectify this for you.
